410 Systems is an administration platform that churches use for their own staff and volunteers. It isn’t offered to the public: each church decides who may use it, and each church’s information is kept apart from every other church’s.
Who can use it
Only people a church has given access. People sign in with their Planning Center account or an emailed code, and each person sees only what their roles allow.
Information we use
- Your name and email address, to identify you and record who did what.
- Information from the services a church connects, read with that church’s permission: for example people and giving from Planning Center, and the chart of accounts, reports, budgets and transactions from QuickBooks Online.
- What people enter in the platform, such as purchase requests, approvals, month-end records and notes.
How we use it
Only to run the church’s own work: approvals, month-end close, budgets, reports to church leadership, and the other tools the church turns on. We keep only what a feature needs.
How we protect it
- Connection tokens (such as QuickBooks’) are encrypted before they are stored.
- Data is stored in a managed database where every church’s rows are restricted to its own people and roles.
- Significant actions are recorded in an audit log.
Sharing
We don’t sell or share this information. It’s used only by the church’s authorized people. The services that host the platform process data only on the church’s behalf.
Disconnecting a service
A church administrator can disconnect QuickBooks Online or another service at any time, from the platform’s settings or from within that service. After that, the platform can no longer read it.
